International prices

Boards: we operate a simple flat-rate system - the same selling price for everybody, everywhere. This includes shipping and taxes as applicable. We win some, we lose some, but the differences are small and it keeps things simple.

Kits: for these larger and more expensive packages, we break the price down into three parts:

• The base price - the same for everybody, everywhere
• The true cost of packaging and shipping to your address
• Value Added Tax for customers inside the European Union.

This gives the three different selling prices that you see on the order page.

For shipping addresses inside the European Union, all applicable taxes are included, and there is no import duty.

For shipping addresses in other countries, there is no Value Added Tax, but customers are responsible for any import duty and other charges that may be added within their own country.

Payment options

The Buy Now buttons direct you to the secure PayPal site. As ordinary private users, we have found PayPal simple and reliable, so we decided to use it for this order page too.

PayPal doesn't tell us any of your financial details. It only tells us the simple fact that you have made a payment.

Complete all the details on the PayPal form - it's  the only way we know who you are, and what you want!

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that PayPal takes payment from you immediately, even before we receive notification of your order. We don't have any control over this feature - we can only try to ship as quickly as possible. PayPal regards one week as reasonable, but we will always try to beat that time.

We don't believe it likely that you will have any problems with PayPal; but if ever you do, please contact us - we need to know.

If you do not wish to use PayPal, please click the Other payment options link beside the product you want. This will route you to a manual Order Form that you can print and sent by post, which gives details of more 'traditional' methods of payment.

Need more than one product?

Certainly - please use the Other payment options link, and complete the manual Order Form. This form includes an option to pay a variable amount by PayPal.

Quantity discounts:

• 1-3 products - list prices only
• 4-5 products - 10% discount on total
• 6 or more - let's talk!
